CSC Generation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mexico to handle bilingual inbound calls in English and Spanish, logging every interaction, and resolving issues in line with SLAs.

The role offers a seasonal peak-season agreement with a monthly gross salary of 15,000 MXN, plus bonuses and full training. Local benefits include law benefits, home office, and full equipment provided.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems.
• Fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Empathy and patience in difficult customer situations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance.
• Respond to products, billing, and account inquiries.
• Create tickets for every interaction with detailed notes.
• Diagnose problems and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and update customer records after each interaction.
• Follow up with customers and resolve issues per SLAs.
• Meet performance metrics and collaborate with teams.
