Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Monterrey. Pay ranges from 35,500 to 38,000 pesos per month; on-site shifts in Apodaca.

You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling calls, emails, and chats, guiding customers on the website, and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
