Nextgen Ventures in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first line of contact, providing helpful, timely and friendly support across multiple channels.

The position requires experience in customer service, excellent verbal and written communication in English, and competence with computer systems and data entry. This on-site role offers day, night and overnight shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Minimum experience in customer service or call centers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluency in English; work conducted in English.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
