JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mexico City seeks a Client Service Manager to support a book of institutional clients within Securities Services. You will work with senior colleagues to ensure client satisfaction, governance, and global initiatives across products.

You will own timely inquiries, manage escalations, and coordinate client training on JPM technology while ensuring compliant, timely billing and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and three years+ in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Global Custody and related services or ability to learn quickly.
• Team player with strong collaboration and client-facing skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a drive for client satisfaction.
• Excellent follow-up, closure, and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt in evolving environments and share ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Support the senior team to build relationships with client base and ensure ongoing satisfaction with JPM.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely inquiry responses across all products and manage escalations.
• Support governance processes for all products, including KPI and RAG monitoring.
• Utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Prioritize and help bring global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
• Coordinate client training on JPM technology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
