J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Service Manager in Securities Services to support a book of institutional clients. You will work with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction, governance, and global initiatives across products.

Responsibilities include guiding junior staff, managing inquiries and escalations, leveraging proprietary CRM to track actions, and coordinating client training while ensuring timely billing and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in a financial services organization servicing institutional clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Global Custody and/or related services or ability to learn quickly.
• Team player with client-facing skills and strong presentation/communication skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive items to closure.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Support the senior team to build relationships with client base and ensure client ongoing satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely inquiry responses across all products and manage escalations.
• Support governance processes for all products, including KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Fully utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Prioritize and drive global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
• Coordinate client training on JPM technology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
