J.P. Morgan in Mexico City is seeking a Client Service Trade & Working Capital Manager to support onboarding, documentation and execution, while handling ongoing client requests and issues.

You will work with internal teams to progress transactions, maintain documentation, and build trusted relationships with clients. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years in client service or operations, and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client service, operations, implementations, or a middle/back-office function.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for client onboarding, transactions and service requests.
• Assist with implementation execution, track timelines, obtain required documents.
• Monitor queues, triage requests, escalate as needed.
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and driving satisfaction.
• Draft routine communications and support status reporting.
• Coordinate with internal partners to progress requests and resolve issues.
• Contribute to documentation, templates, and knowledge articles.
• Support continuous improvement and end-to-end delivery handoffs.
