J.P. Morgan Payments in Mexico is seeking a Business Manager to act as a strategic partner to Payments leadership, drive performance, manage risks, and support key initiatives across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and senior leaders, translating complex data into clear narratives for decision makers. Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services or a similar strategic role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to distill complex information into key insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Confident leader who can influence outcomes and build relationships across teams.
  • Experience in Payments or understanding of payments products and processes is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to scale automated reporting and dashboards with AI-enabled workflows.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, proactive and resilient under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with a control mindset and commitment to business integrity.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with business heads as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead performance management activities including financial analysis, reporting, and communication of results.
  • Identify, expand, and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with objectives and policies.
  • Develop business cases for strategic investments and process improvements.
  • Drive change by prioritizing issues, proposing solutions, and leading initiatives to completion.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives.
  • Oversee expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to achieve objectives.
  • Support business resiliency and continuity efforts.

As a Business Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Payments leadership in Mexico, helping drive business performance, manage risks, and support key initiatives. Required califications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, business management, or a similar strategic role.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex information into key insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations.

  • Confident leader with the ability to influence outcomes and build relationships across teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.

  • Experience in Payments or understanding of payments products and processes is preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to scale automated reporting and dashboards and experience using AI-enabled workflows to streamline data preparation, insight generation, and narrative drafting for senior stakeholders.
