J.P. Morgan in Mexico City is seeking a Client Service Manager to support a book of institutional clients and work with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction.

You will help manage governance processes, use proprietary CRM tools, and coordinate global initiatives while ensuring accurate billing and timely payments. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong client-facing skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Global Custody and/or related services or ability to learn quickly.
• Team player with client-facing skills and strong follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior team to build relationships with clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely responses to inquiries across products and manage escalations.
• Support governance processes and monitor KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Coordinate global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
• Coordinate client training on JPM proprietary technology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
