JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Trade and Working Capital Manager to support onboarding, documentation, and execution, while delivering ongoing service and strong client experience. You will engage with multiple internal teams and develop trade product knowledge, building relationships and learning end-to-end delivery.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organized work style, and the ability to manage deadlines as part of a dynamic client service environment in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in client service, operations, implementations, or a middle/back-office function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and comfort with digital banking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day contact for client onboarding, transactions, and ongoing service requests.
• Assist with implementation execution, including coordination, timelines, and required documentation.
• Maintain and monitor service and implementation queues, triage requests, and escalate when needed.
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and driving satisfaction.
• Draft routine client/internal communications and support status reporting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to progress requests and resolve issues.
• Contribute to documentation, procedures, trackers, templates, and knowledge articles.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
