Park Hyatt Mexico City is seeking a Bars Manager to oversee daily bar operations in the Polanco area, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.

Lead the bar team, manage beverage quality, and control costs while ensuring health and safety compliance. Fluent Spanish and English are required to excel in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing bars or beverage operations in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology trends.
• Leadership, staff training, and cost-control capabilities.
• Budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency; other languages advantageous.
• Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and health/safety practices.

AsaBars Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent adherence to Park Hyatt’s luxury service standards. This role leads the bar team, manages beverage quality and inventory, develops creative cocktail programs, controls costs, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, mixology, and current beverage trends.


• Proven leadership, staff-training, and team-development skills.


• Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.


• Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.


• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
