Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and elevate the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, apartments, and public areas in a luxury hotel opening environment.

You'll oversee daily operations, implement Hyatt brand standards, and foster a highly motivated team committed to exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership in pre-opening settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Housekeeping Manager in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
• An eye for detail with experience of presenting and staging rooms for guest arrival
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

As Housekeeping Manager, you will work to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations across guest rooms, apartments, and public areas, ensuring every space is immaculately maintained, thoughtfully staged, and ready to welcome guests from day one.
