Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a skilled Mixologist to lead the property's bartending program with passion and precision. You will ensure quality drinks, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for every guest while guiding the team with empathy and professional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, strong knowledge of spirits and mixology, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel mixology or related roles.
• Formal mixology certification or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate teams to execute programs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Flexible schedule with rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Summary

As Mixologist, you will contribute to ensure the quality and service excellence of the property's mixology program, leading the bartending team with empathy and dedication to deliver exceptional beverages, create memorable experiences, and foster genuine connections with both guests and fellow bartenders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
• Formal certification in Mixology or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, beverage trends, and food and beverage pairing.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in the proper execution of mixology programs.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
