Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Mixologist for Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco in the heart of Polanco. You will lead the bartending team, ensuring quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction through thoughtful, personalized beverage experiences.

Role requires 3+ years in luxury hospitality mixology, a recognized certification or equivalent experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Flexible shifts and weekend coverage are expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in luxury hotel or hospitality mixology roles.
• Formal certification in Mixology or proven high-end cocktail program experience (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, techniques, trends and pairings.
• Proficiency with inventory tools and POS systems.
• Ability to train and motivate bartending teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

As Mixologist, you will contribute to ensure the quality and service excellence of the property's mixology program, leading the bartending team with empathy and dedication to deliver exceptional beverages, create memorable experiences, and foster genuine connections with both guests and fellow bartenders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
• Formal certification in Mixology or proven experience managing high‑end cocktail programs (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, beverage trends, and food and beverage pairing.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in the proper execution of mixology programs.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
