Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, will be part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, which will also include a private marina and a members-only beach and yacht club, all situated along a two-mile stretch of pristine white sand and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.

The Banquets Chef will oversee culinary operations for large-scale events in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• 5+ years banquet kitchen leadership in luxury hotel or high-volume catering.
• Experience with large-scale events and food cost control.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, development, and execution of banquet menus for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special functions.
• Oversee banquet kitchen operations, food production, staffing and event execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop banquet culinary team members.
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
• Ensure health, safety, and food handling regulations across events.
