Banamex Cuernavaca is seeking an entry-level Teller to support daily branch operations and deliver high-quality client service. You will handle cash transactions, deposits, and vault cash while educating customers on Citi’s digital options.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with a friendly, efficient service mindset.
Perform banking transactions accurately, manage cash supply, deposits, and maintain branch vault cash.
Identify opportunities to refer clients to Citi products and services based on financial goals.
Educate clients on digital and self-service channels offered by Citi.
Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and asset protection.
Ensure client needs are met and address issues promptly, escalating as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
