Banamex in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Teller to support branch activities and deliver day-to-day client-facing services. You will process transactions, manage cash, and provide a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, educating clients on digital tools, and identifying referrals to help the branch grow, while complying with policy and risk controls.

Formación

• Money handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly and efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and vault cash handling.
• Identify referrals for new products based on clients’ financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Meet client needs and manage issues, escalating when needed.
