SupportYourApp is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end B2B SaaS deployments from kickoff to Go-Live, acting as trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional teams.

You will translate complex procurement and financial processes into optimized product workflows, manage data migration, and drive user adoption across ERP/CRM integrations, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Formación

• 1+ year in B2B SaaS implementation or related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS ERP/CRM products.
• Change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Discover client workflows and map requirements to product config.
• Manage timelines, data migration, validation and integration workflows.
• Guide internal and client stakeholders, ensuring on-track progress.
• Create enablement resources and run onboarding workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and QA to resolve blockers.
