BlackLine Systems Inc (U.S.) is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our accounting software for new and existing clients. You will configure products to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, train clients, and provide feedback to product teams to improve functionality and adoption of features.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years consulting/services experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes (e.g., month-end close).
• Experience documenting Business Requirements and technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general direction and standard procedures.
• Drives milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Creates and maintains documentation for billable hours, notes, and expenses.
• Communicates with stakeholders to align expectations and next steps.
• Trains and advises clients to fit their needs using best practices.
• Coaches clients to advocate features and adoption of BlackLine products.
• Offers recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Assesses and troubleshoots application issues during implementation.
• Provides feedback to Product team to improve functionality.
