Paystand seeks an Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end ERP configurations and deployments, collaborating directly with customers to ensure accurate, timely go-lives. The IC role reports to the Manager of Implementations and partners with Solutions, Support, and Customer Success to shorten time-to-value.

You will leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to handle a high volume of implementations efficiently, act as a consultative partner on ERP best practices, and align solutions with

Formación

• 2-4 years in ERP-focused implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one major ERP (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central, or Acumatica preferred).
• Ability to install bundles, configure roles/permissions, map financial fields, and troubleshoot ERP-integrated applications.
• Project management mindset: juggle multiple implementations, deadlines, and teams while leveraging automation.
• Consultative instincts to guide customers toward best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical setup and configuration of ERP systems including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and Acumatica.
• Act as trusted advisor on ERP best practices and configuration.
• Translate requirements into an executable implementation plan with customer finance/ops teams.
• Customize and deploy Paystand across environments and payment methods.
• Lead customer trainings to ensure adoption readiness and smooth go-lives.
• Use automation/AI tools to maintain accurate records and project plans.
