SupportYourApp is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end projects for B2B SaaS clients, from kickoff to Go-Live. You will map data, configure workflows, and ensure smooth adoption while coordinating with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of implementation or customer-facing experience, strong English, and solid Excel skills. This role offers remote work and USD compensation, with a collaborative, international environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or similar client-facing roles.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken, with ability to lead meetings.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities.
• Experience configuring complex enterprise software, ERP or CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to Go-Live.
• Translate client requirements into customized product workflows.
• Manage data mapping, validation, and migration activities.
• Coordinate timelines, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver client enablement workshops and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and QA to resolve blockers.
