SupportYourApp is seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead full implementation journeys for our B2B clients. You will configure the platform, manage data migration, and drive user adoption from kickoff to Go-Live.

You will run discovery sessions, manage timelines, and deliver interactive workshops while coordinating with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve blockers and optimize workflows. This role supports remote work with USD compensation.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, with experience leading business meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar systems.
• Excellent change management mindset and ability to guide clients through process transformations.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, highly organized with strong presentation and relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, serving as primary contact from sale to live product.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate business requirements into customized product workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and data migration activities.
• Keep internal teams and client stakeholders aligned with deadlines and risks.
• Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints for client adoption.
• Create deployment playbooks and configuration guides to standardize processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA to address blockers and collect client feedback.
