Paystand in Mexico is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive ERP deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will work directly with customers to configure ERP systems, ensure clean handoffs, and deliver on-time results using automation and AI-enabled tools.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Solutions, Support, RevOps, and Engineering, translating business requirements into actionable plans, and delivering best-practice guidance in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 2-4 years in ERP-focused implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success.
• Proven ability to install bundles, configure roles, map financial fields.
• English & Spanish communication skills; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and configure ERPs including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and Acumatica.
• Advise customers on ERP best practices and configuration.
• Translate requirements into an actionable implementation plan.
• Deploy Paystand across UAT and Production and ensure go-live readiness.
• Lead customer trainings and drive adoption.
• Coordinate with Solutions, Support, RevOps, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Use AI-enabled tools to maintain project plans and reduce manual data entry.
• Stay updated on ERP updates and AI-assisted onboarding tools.
