BlackLine is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help deploy our accounting software for new and existing clients. You will guide clients through best practices, configure the product to fit their needs, and ensure superior service throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, driving milestones to completion, and documenting processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders and train clients to maximize adoption of BlackLine products.

Formación

• Must have demonstrated experience managing implementation projects.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and software environments.
• Ability to lead, own and manage projects with a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with standard procedures.
• Manages milestones to completion within budget, scope and schedule.
• Maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation process.
• Communicates with stakeholders to set expectations and next steps.
