TikTok Mexico is seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, production, and execution of B2B events. You will own specific operational workstreams and help ensure timely follow-up across projects under the Event Manager’s direction.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and regional teams to deliver high-quality event experiences that educate advertisers and engage stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in events, production, experiential marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to work on-site including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and production of B2B events across formats in Mexico with the Event Manager.
• Coordinate assigned operational workstreams ensuring clear ownership and timeline adherence.
• Track timelines, checklists, actions, deliverables, dependencies, and risks with escalation as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project docs, calendars, Run of Show, and meeting notes.
