TikTok Mexico is seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of B2B events that showcase TikTok’s value to advertisers, agencies, and stakeholders. You will work under the Event Manager, coordinating logistics, vendors, and run-of-show details to ensure a smooth attendee experience.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in events, production, or related fields.
• Experience supporting or coordinating events with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site with flexible hours including mornings/evenings.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and production of B2B events in Mexico with the Event Manager.
• Coordinate operational workstreams and ensure clear ownership and timelines.
• Track timelines, action items, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain project documentation including trackers, calendars, and Run of Show.
• Coordinate logistics with venues, agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Support vendor and administrative processes including contracts and invoices.
• Assist with on-site execution including registration, sessions, and attendee needs.
• Participate in setup, rehearsals, live execution, and breakdown per production plan.
