As an enrolled student, you will support digital filing, data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and reporting while learning SAP, R programming, and advanced Excel in a structured internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related administrative field.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Administrative processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Basic knowledge of R Programming.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (focus on Excel).
• Strong Problem-Solving skill.
• Strong proactivity.
• Students only (Professional Internship or Social Service eligibility required).
• CV/Resume required.
• Company will not provide relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage digital filing systems and documentation.
• Update and control company databases.
• Process employee records (onboarding and offboarding) in the internal HR system.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
