Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology, with a strong communication skill set and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Availability: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and support workforce solutions.
• Assist in analyzing workforce data and trends to aid planning and decisions.
• Gain exposure to HR systems (Workday) and contribute to data management for accuracy.
• Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with specialists.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive culture.
• Provide timely administration of HR processes, onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to HR projects with fresh ideas and perspectives.
