Palo IT invites applications for an Administrative and Financial Intern in Mexico City. The role covers fiscal administration, invoicing, and financial reporting.

You will support the finance team with data entry, records management, and collections, while developing skills in accounting, administration, and management control. Ideal candidates are final-year students in accounting/finance/administration with strong Excel skills, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• A student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• Eager to develop skills in Finance, Administration, and Management Control.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, and handling databases).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of digital tools and web platforms.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing emails), or higher is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting, tax processes, or electronic invoicing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and ensure compliance with fiscal administration, including downloading and archiving relevant TAX documents.
• Generate invoices using internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.
• Contribute to the financial control process by updating payment files and preparing monthly reports on team assignments and cash flow reconciliations.
• Provide operational support to the financial team by maintaining accurate records in internal platforms and facilitating administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in the collection process: monitoring accounts receivable and providing lists for payment supplements.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
