BMW Group in San Luis Potosí, Mexico invites applications for an Human Resources Internship. You will learn by doing, handle responsibilities from day one, and contribute to HR projects that impact the company.

Ideal candidates are active students in relevant fields with strong English, MS Office skills, and teamwork attitude. The program runs Jan 2027–Jun 2027 on-site at the BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.

Formación

• Be an active student of Psychology, Business Administration, International Trade or related field of study, coursing 6th – 9th semester.
• Good grades 80/100. - Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Advanced English skills.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Teamwork, enthusiastic, organized and with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during your career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company.
• Support general HR processes, labor relations, union-related topics, and update work instructions.
• The Visio Talent platform will be used for the selection process and interviews.

Department Overview: Advises leaders on talent management, labor relations, legal/union compliance, occupational health and safety, organizational culture, and apprentice vocational qualification.
