MAHLE in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service professional to maintain seamless communication with automotive customers, manage orders, and review EDI transactions to align with customer requirements.

You will handle customer portals, monitor order status, and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery expectations, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives for superior customer experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in Logistics or Customer Service in automotive industry.
• Experience with customer systems and portals (Ford, Stellantis, GM, Nissan, Toyota, Rotax).
• Knowledge of shipping processes, ASN and invoicing.
• Proficient in SAP Logistics modules and English language.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer communication and provide timely updates.
• Follow up on requests and critical issues until resolution.
• Review EDI transactions to understand demand and requirements.
• Manage customer portals and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams.
• Adhere to customer-specific shipping, packaging, and documentation.
• Track KPIs on service, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to protect service levels.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance CX and operations.
