Nicro Bolta Mexico seeks a customer service/account management professional in Puebla to manage client accounts in the automotive industry. You will work on deliveries, scheduling, and communication with internal teams to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive customer service or scheduling, hands-on EDI and forecasting experience, SAP knowledge, and fluent English for an English-language interview. This is a logistics-focused customer service position in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 3 years in automotive customer service or scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, forecasting, and delivery scheduling.
• SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills are required.
• Fluent English; interview conducted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer requirements and forecast data to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Coordinate with planning, production and warehouse to secure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortage or overstock risks.
• Handle demand changes and develop action plans with clients.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Prepare performance reports and KPIs for accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with domestic and international customers.
