MAHLE GmbH in Ramos Arizpe, MX, seeks a Coordinator Production to manage line resources (materials, people, equipment) and meet quality, scrap, productivity, and personnel development goals. You will supervise hourly and salaried staff and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidates hold an Industrial Engineering background with 5 years in a similar role and the ability to analyze information and motivate a team. English B2 is advantageous.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to professionally manage and analyze information and files, while ensuring their security.
• Ability to motivate the work team.
• Knowledge of tools and materials (aluminum preferred).
• Minimum English proficiency level: B2 (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure their own safety and that of all personnel by complying with established MAHLE standards.
• Ensure that all personnel possess and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Be familiar with and ensure compliance with the rules and controls established in the internal work regulations.
• Address any questions and/or needs of the personnel under their supervision (hourly and/or salaried) and provide an appropriate response or solution.
• Ensure that the personnel under their supervision understand and meet the objectives stipulated by Management (SQDC).
• Ensure active communication regarding the current status of SQDC objectives for their assigned area(s) to all personnel.
