MAHLE GmbH in Monterrey is seeking a Customer Service professional to ensure on-time supply of products and accurate handling of customer requirements. You will work with major accounts and manage EDI, SAP records, and replenishment systems to meet delivery goals.

The role focuses on supply chain, customer service, and materials planning within the automotive industry, requiring advanced English and knowledge of MRP. APICS certification is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain, customer service, materials planning, or similar roles within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• APICS certification or training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements via EDI.
• Maintain accuracy of customer requirements in SAP.
• Meet delivery targets and performance ratings for each customer.
• Supervise EDI personnel to align with shipping objectives and schedules.
• Monitor and report CS performance indicators related to delivery and claims.
• Communicate risks impacting customers and MAHLE operations to management.
• Manage replenishment systems and requirements for key accounts (Nissan, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota).
• Develop and execute shipping schedules for on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.

Your Contribution:

As a Customer Service you will be responsible of ensuring the supply of each product in the required quantity and at the right time, in accordance with MAHLE customers' requirements.

• Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements through EDI transactions.
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of customer requirements records within SAP.
• Ensure Customer Service performance and Delivery Ratings meet MAHLE's established targets for each customer.
• Supervise EDI personnel to ensure compliance with shipping objectives and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report Customer Service performance indicators related to delivery compliance and customer claims.
• Communicate actual and potential risks that may impact customers and MAHLE operations to area management.
• Manage customer replenishment systems and requirements for key accounts, including Nissan, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota.
• Develop and execute shipping schedules to ensure on‑time fulfillment of customer requirements.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Materials Planning, or similar roles within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• APICS certification or training preferred.
