MAHLE in Monterrey is seeking a Customer Service professional to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment of customer requirements in the automotive sector. You will coordinate with major accounts and manage replenishment for Nissan, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Toyota, and Mercedes-Benz.

The role emphasizes EDI-driven order capture, SAP-based data integrity, and meeting delivery targets. Strong English skills and knowledge of MRP are required; APICS training is a plus.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Materials Planning, or similar roles within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• APICS certification or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely receipt of customer requirements through EDI transactions.
• Maintain accuracy of customer requirements in SAP.
• Meet MAHLE delivery targets for each customer.
• Supervise EDI personnel to ensure shipping objectives and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report delivery performance and customer claims indicators.
• Communicate risks impacting customers and MAHLE operations to area management.
• Manage replenishment for key accounts (Nissan, VW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz).
• Develop and execute shipping schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
