Job summary

Your Contribution:

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the logistics team, overseeing transportation activities and compliance through KPI monitoring, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in customer and supplier shipping processes. You will ensure efficient logistics operations, optimize transportation methods, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels and operational performance.

• Lead the implementation of ShipERP to improve shipping and logistics management processes.
• Develop and implement logistics KPIs to monitor performance, drive accountability, and support operational excellence.
• Improve the management and tracking of logistics expenses within the accounting process to enhance cost visibility and control.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor, with responsibility for both domestic and international transportation.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership.
• Intermediate knowledge of finance and cost management principles.
• Advanced knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of CTPAT certification requirements and compliance standards.
