Job summary

MAHLE Comp.Motor (MX) A/N in Aguascalientes, MX seeks a Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality plans for automotive products and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate quality audits, analyze data, and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, minimum 3 years in automotive QA, and proficiency with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Quality Engineer in automotive industry.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience with SAP and customer portals.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality software (Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products.
• Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities.
• Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality.
• Train personnel on quality procedures and standards.
