EDAG Group in Mexico seeks a Junior Technical Assistant to support office services, document audits, and intranet management. You will design 5S office standards, organize team workshops, and oversee internal and external events while communicating with plant managers.

The role requires automotive-industry experience, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. The contract is 1.5 years and involves onboarding new employees and KPI reporting to management.

Formación

• At least 12 months of professional experience in executive administration, assistant, and/or similar positions within the automotive industry.
• Must have experience working in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and office policies.
• Strong events coordination and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive communication with plant managers and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support company operations by maintaining office services and systems.
• Prepare documentation for annual audit and include all stakeholders.
• Maintain Intranet page up to date.
• Design and implement 5S office policies with standards and procedures.
• Organize team workshops with topics, agenda, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal/external events and manage projections.
• Provide reports and summaries to top management highlighting trends.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist budget and supplier communications to escalate issues.
