• 12+ months of executive administration experience in the automotive industry.
• Must have experience working in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Events coordination.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Schedule 6:00 to 16:00.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations by maintaining office services and systems.
• Prepare documentation for annual audit and include all stakeholders.
• Maintain Intranet page up to date.
• Design and implement 5S office policies by establishing standards and procedures and measuring results against standards.
• Organize workshops for the team including topics, agenda and follow ups.
• Steering and execution of Internal / External events
• Inform the team and top management through special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
• Support with the on boarding for new employees
• Achieve financial objectives by scheduling expenditures and complaints to escalated suppliers
