EDAG is seeking an Automotive Project Assistant Jr. to support operations, maintain office systems, and assist with audits and onboarding. You will coordinate events, ensure 5S standards, and liaise with plant managers and stakeholders. The role requires automotive experience, strong communication, and flawless English.

The position features a 6:00–16:00 workday and a 1.5-year contract, offering exposure to international projects within the EDAG group.

Formación

• 12+ months of professional experience in executive administration in the automotive industry.
• Experience working in the automotive industry is required.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Experience coordinating events.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Working hours from 6:00 to 16:00.
• Contract length of 1.5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Support company operations by maintaining office services and systems.
• Prepare documentation for annual audit including stakeholders.
• Maintain Intranet web page up to date.
• Design and implement 5S office policies and measure results against standards.
• Organize workshops for the team with topics, agenda and follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal and external events from planning to execution.
• Inform team and management through special reports, summarizing information and identifying trends.
• Assist with onboarding for new employees.
• Help achieve financial objectives by managing expenditures and escalating supplier issues.
