EDAG Group in Puebla, Mexico seeks an Automotive Project Assistant Jr. to join our team. You will design, maintain and govern project documentation structures while supporting data management and reporting needs.

You will develop schedules, dashboards and KPIs, coordinate meetings, and help ensure compliance with project controls and procurement workflows. Fluency in English is required, and the position is offered on a 1-year contract.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• +6 months of automotive technical support experience.
• Proficient with Word and Excel for reports and presentations.
• Experience using Think Cell.
• Efficient organization using digital tools.
• Creation and maintenance of filing systems.
• Fluent English.
• 1 year contract.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and govern project documentation structures.
• Manage databases, tracking tools, schedules, KPIs, risks, evidence, and key project information.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, dashboards, performance indicators, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, protocols, lessons learned, and PMO evidence.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements related to document governance, audits, and project control processes.
• Manage and track purchase requests and purchase orders throughout full lifecycle.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Design and maintain visual management tools, including Kanban boards, tracking matrices, and project monitoring dashboards.
• Prepare executive reports, management presentations, and decision-support materials
