Genesys seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant in Mexico to partner with enterprise customers, uncover CX challenges and translate them into AI-powered, scalable solutions. You will move between strategic business discussions and technical solution design with executives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, designing cloud-based CX architectures, and guiding AI transformations using Genesys Cloud and related platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud tech, CX, CPaaS or related enterprise tech.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consultative discovery to understand business priorities and translate insights into CX solutions.
• Design AI-first CX solutions combining orchestration, channels, automation and integrations.
• Advise on AI transformation and prioritize practical AI use cases across journeys.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to design cloud architectures.
