Zendesk is seeking an AI Services Consultant to provide technical solutions and remove roadblocks for customers using our AI Platform. You will guide complex configurations and optimization, acting as a trusted AI expert and project lead.

Lead end-to-end projects, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align the AI Roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

Formación

• Minimum of 3+ years in Consulting / Professional Services.
• Experience in go-to-customer / GTM roles in enterprise technology / SaaS.
• Experience using adoption and health analytics to build predictive models and forecasts for churn and expansion.
• Experience designing and executing success plans or roadmaps that drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees; certifications in AI strategy or project management preferred.
• Experience managing AI or software adoption programs with demonstrated impact on business metrics such as retention or satisfaction.
• Certifications in AI strategy or project management preferred.
• Excellent program management and cross‑functional influence skills.
• Familiarity with emerging AI trends is a plus.
• Ability to distill complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, especially executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert guidance on implementation and optimization of Zendesk AI products to meet business goals.
• Facilitate change management processes and deliver consultative sessions for smooth AI adoption.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of AI projects within scope, time, and quality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and support retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align on the AI Roadmap and overcome blockers.
• Translate business goals into effective AI configurations, integrations, and design choices.
