Salesforce is seeking a Technical Success Architect for Slack in Mexico City, hybrid work, to guide enterprise customers in designing and deploying Slack integrations. You will partner with customers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging AI and security-compliant architectures across identity, data, and automation layers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a solutions/sales engineer, technical consultant, customer success, or professional services team member.
• Strong knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language such as Java, Javascript, Node.js, SQL, Python.
• Interest or delivery expertise in Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with data exchanges and APIs.
• Experience developing Slack applications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong presentation skills for business and technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer challenges and articulate pathways to drive business value with Slack.
• Facilitate customer workshops and discovery with technical teams to map use-cases and outcomes.
• Develop deep knowledge of Slack features to answer questions from customers and demonstrate capabilities.
• Know how Slack integrates with identity, security, data, AI, and other SaaS systems.
• Propose architectures and integrations that drive adoption and scale.
• Collaborate with customers to achieve goals and advise on product usage.
• Engage with Product and Support teams to address issues and improve reliability.
• Aim to meet KPIs and drive customer value.
