BMC Helix is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer on our Digital Solutions Engineering Presales team. You will partner with Sales to shape strategy, timelines, and deliverables that align customer initiatives with BMC Helix solutions—AIOps, ITSM, and HelixGPT.

This role rewards clear communication, storytelling, and hands‑on demonstrations, including crafting compelling presentations, live demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for diverse audiences.

Formación

• Requires professional English proficiency.
• 0–2 years in presales, technical sales, consulting, IT support, or related role; fresh graduates with curiosity welcome.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM space is a plus and enablement programs are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering business and technical value with BMC Helix.
• Simplify communication of technical and business content to IT teams and executives.
• Document current state, metrics, and define the right BMC Helix solution; create deliverables for Sales and other Solution Engineers.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to each customer context.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to create differentiated demo assets and accelerate solution development.
• Collaborate on global projects and participate in Helix enablement programs.
