You will lead discovery conversations, present solutions to executives, and build trusted relationships to expand ServiceNow adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or advisory roles with ServiceNow.
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and transformation programs.
• Experience creating solution designs, estimates, staffing models, SOWs, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and ServiceNow opportunities.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
• Develop solution approaches, high-level architectures, estimates, and proposals.
• Partner with sales, architects, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and support the full sales lifecycle.
• Present solutions to business and executive stakeholders, articulating business value and outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships and expand ServiceNow adoption across the enterprise.
• Ensure smooth transition of sold solutions into delivery and contribute to practice growth.
