Schneider Electric in Monterrey is seeking a Dispute Management Analyst to analyze, validate, and resolve customer deductions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to protect cash flow and improve financial outcomes. The role requires 1–3 years in dispute management, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a professional fluency in English.

This 12-month, hybrid position sits at Monterrey Hub (Punto Valle).

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in dispute management or related fields.

Responsabilidades

  • Classify deductions: rebates, pricing discrepancies, shortages, returns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to resolve disputes.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for deduction cases.
  • Ensure timely resolution to support cash flow and reporting.
  • Use SAP, Excel, and other tools to research and manage claims.
  • Own disputes through resolution and drive process improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Join our Commercial Customer Care team as a Dispute Management Analyst and become a trusted partner in managing customer deductions and dispute resolution processes. In this role, you will analyze, validate, and resolve deduction-related disputes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial outcomes, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What will you do?
Essential Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate customer deductions to determine root causes and identify appropriate resolutions.
  • Accurately classify deductions, including rebates, pricing discrepancies, shortages, returns, and other deduction types.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve disputes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete audit trails for all deduction cases.
  • Ensure timely resolution of open deductions to support healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other business tools to research, track, and manage deduction claims.
  • Take ownership and accountability for assigned disputes through resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dispute management processes and customer experience.
  • Self‑motivated to be a high performer with limited supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in dispute management, deductions, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related function.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality resolutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid role within our Monterrey Hub (Punto Valle).
