Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Experience supervising entertainment or guest experiences in luxury hotels/resorts.
Proven ability to lead operational teams in high-volume settings.
Knowledge of entertainment planning, events, and vendor coordination.
Fluent English required; flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily entertainment operations and ensure activities run on schedule.
Develop engaging recreational and lifestyle activities to boost guest satisfaction.
Coordinate live performances, themed events, and entertainment experiences.
Supervise, coach, and develop the entertainment team for high performance.
