SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection is seeking a passionate Senior Outlet Manager to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring flawless service and strict adherence to LQA and Ennismore standards.

You will lead floor supervision, support department leaders, monitor guest satisfaction and sales indicators, and drive guest experiences and upselling at a luxury resort opening.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in luxury hotel environments.
• Knowledge of luxury brand standards (LQA, Forbes, AAA) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Lead floor supervision and support department leaders to meet service and sales targets.
• Identify gaps and communicate corrective actions to leadership and teams.
