Ennismore, through its SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún project, invites a Senior Outlet Manager to lead daily F&B operations at a premier luxury resort in Cancún, Mexico. You will supervise front‑of‑house teams, uphold LQA and Ennismore service standards, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in luxury environments.
• Knowledge of luxury brand standards (LQA, Forbes, AAA) is preferred.
• Strong passion for service excellence and guest experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure service delivery, presentation, ambiance, and attitude meet Ennismore standards.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with brand standards across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Identify operational gaps and communicate findings for immediate corrective action.
• Collaborate with managers to achieve service targets, guest satisfaction, and sales goals.
• Follow up on action plans from audits, guest feedback, and observations.
• Support daily operations with pre-shift briefings and upselling focus.
• Monitor guest experience and address issues to improve service quality.
• Assist in handling guest complaints with proper resolution and learning.
• Track guest satisfaction indicators and brand audits for continuous improvement.
• Support outlets in achieving sales targets and promoting promotions.
• Ensure accurate execution of menus, events, and commercial strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance suggestive selling and dining experience.
• Prepare basic operational reports on observations and progress.
