Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising entertainment, recreation, events, or guest experiences.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and hotel quality assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily entertainment operations and ensure punctual delivery.
• Develop engaging recreational and lifestyle activities to boost guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate live performances, themed activities, and events.
• Coach and develop the entertainment team towards high performance.
• Ensure personalized guest interactions and proactive service.
• Monitor service standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver integrated guest experiences.
• Monitor expenses and support budget compliance.
• Ensure safety protocols and guest safety.
• Track KPIs like participation and guest feedback.
• Address guest concerns promptly and discreetly.
• Suggest entertainment concepts aligned with brand trends.
